Fresh cilantro leaves play a vital role in many Mexican, Caribbean and Asian dishes.   Coriander, seeds of cilantro, are ground and used especially in East Indian cuisine.   Our original seed stock came from India through our friend who's family owned a farm there.  She had already cultivated this strain in Fallon for several years before passing some along to us about 10 years ago.  Crack open seeds before planting.
