Large purple streaked white bulbs are full of sweet, pungent cloves. We've cultivated this variety for over 30 years in Northern Nevada and it seems well adapted to our climate. Four to six heads make up a pound with 10 to 12 cloves per bulb. Plant cloves in October and harvest whole heads the next July. Each offer is for five heads. Due to limited supply, we cannot offer bulk quantities.
